My husband and I have just completed quite a substantial extension to our heritage listed home including the addition of a pool. We interviewed and received 3 quotes from builders via personal recommendations of which the Cub Group was one of them. They were eager and seemed very excited about the job and nothing was too difficult for them. They were prepared and detailed. The “gut feel” we had with the boys transpired into the most phenomenal experience you could have with your builder. Mathew and Alex’s project management was a master class on coordinating trades who were all exceptionally pleasant, reliable, and highly talented. No reno is without glitches, but if an issue arose, they were ready with options to remedy the issue. We are beyond happy with the result and could not recommend Mathew and Alexander highly enough.

A friend of mine had CubGroup complete an internal renovation to their unit located in Bondi. Being extremely satisfied by the complete renovation, she then referred me to both Mathew and Alexander.

I purchased my investment home for $1,110,000 located in Sylvania (2020). The home was extremely dated but had an amazing foundation built in the 1970’s. So based off my friends experience with Cub Group, I also decided to use the team for my internal renovation. My aim as the client was to renovate and then sell the home within a year, and then potentially use the equity to purchase another investment. With their architectural background and expertise the guys were able to guide me into designing an open and free flowing floor plan that would comfortably accommodate a family of 4. The guys continued on with the project through construction and were able to educate me about the build process from the beginning to turn key.
